Still a little early for that in South Louisiana/Mississippi.  Bucks are still rutting down here.

JYoung,

I guess you'll have to wait a little longer down there. I've found a couple sheds here in east TX, but haven't been out a whole lot. I'm hoping someone from up north will chime in with a report of finding some big ones up there!

From Southern Indiana

No sheds yet, but starting to see half racks running around.  We have about 8 inches of snow that started melting on Thursday.  Next weekend I am planning to hit it again.  With the snow fall here, I bet you find a number of sheds in the same general area.  The deer are really herded up. I plan on concentrating on certain areas do to this.  Also a 4 wheeler makes it easy to cover the picked fields before heading to the woods.

My hunting ground is large and it takes a long time to make a full sweep.  In the past south side of hills/hollers and fields have always been successful.
