| Me too, I am getting the new bow itch but I am so out of touch with all the new technology I don't know where to start scratching.

| ABSOLUTELY!!! Been shooting atleast 3 days a week for over a month. Scouting cameras going up at the end of the month. Food plots getting prepped for late July/early August planting, mineral and feed sites are established and drawing deer daily. Hopefully this weekend or next we'll be setting stands and clearing shooting lanes (based on late winter and early spring scouting...teamed with years of experience hunting this property). I am PUMPED for this coming archery season....just a little . Oh...and I will be starting to shoot some 3D here toward the middle of the month. CAN'T WAIT!!!!If you are looking to upgrade bows, and it's been a while...you are in for REAL treat!!! The technology and choices are tremendous!!! I just upgraded my old Mathews SQ2 to a new BowTech Admiral in January!!! And WOW...the difference is amazing. Anyway...I could go on and on about this. If you want some recommendations, shoot me a PM and I'll throw out some opinions on dozen or so bows I shot before I settled on the Admiral. |

| I bit the bullet and was shocked twice, the new bows are awesome. I went up to Pooler to an archery shop that carried 4 of the top brands and shot all of them before making a decision, it was a toss-up between bowtech and hoyt. The hoyt was a hair smoother for me, I am about recovered from the sticker shock, not just the bow but all of the accessories. Even with all my whining I have to admit the preformance is equal to the price compared to my thirteen year old bear.
One funny note when I was trying the bows out, and using a fall away rest, I had gotten tired and flinched "several times actually" and this time still hit the target, the pro who was helping me said the arrow was already gone before I screwed it up.
thanks for the advice
