| | Hey Mike, Do you ever make it out to Logan Martin? I have a lake lot over there on Cape Choccolocco. It's on deep water and the creek runs right by the dock....great Crappie and Bass fishing. Seems like that would be your area. Who knows, you might even have the GPS coordinates for it....seems everyone else does. J-Bird/Canton, Ga. |

| | Mike- I'll definately let you fish over there...it's absolutely great for exposing kids to fishing. My boy Logan, 5, cought his first fish over there this past year and begs to go back over there all the time. I inherited the property from my grandfather who bought it in 71'. Google (Maps) Ted Ct. in Lincoln and it's the only Lot w/out a house on it. The channel basically turns right into my dock. Theres also a sea wall and boat ramp...all of it holds fish. It's great in the afternoons because old growth hardwoods and cedars shade the dock in the afternoon. The only thing I would ask is that you show me around Talledega Nat'l Forest one of these days..I'll wear a blind-fold till we get to your honey hole..I promise. JBird/ Canton, Ga. Also, just to let you know, I recieved the 08' catalog today..in triplicate! Nice catalog, but I'm sure they aren't cheap to print and mail. Thanks Again. |

| | Mike By the way, just kidding about your honey hole...don't even know if you go out to TNF or not. I haven't really ventured out of Ga. for Turkeys yet. Seriousely though, I'd be honored for you and your family to go enjoy the place- no strings. To be honest, we don't get to use it enough. The crappie really come on in late February...bring some crappie minnows (poorhouse marina)and pack a lunch. It's very private and just tell the Abe Lincoln lookin fella (Andy in the white house across the street)that Jason Clark asked you to come over and fish. Good Luck Jason/ Canton, Ga. |
