All in all it was great comming back to the midwest this deer season (Indiana). New england is great but I honestly saw more deer in a coulple of days of the rut here this year than entire month in Maine. Big Timber hunting is tough. Ended up with 3 doe including this on I shot on Dec. 26. Missed the big guy below on Nov. 12th by misjudging the yardage. uuugggggg!

Bring on the TURKEYS!!!
