It requires very little air, and purrs better than any call I've ever used.

RE: Crabtree Sig

MI-TURKKILLER (4/5/2008)
The crabtree is a prophy call. Prophy is all a preference. Personally I love a prophy call whether strait prophy like the crabtree or latex top reed with prophy underneath red wasp.
The inverted combo cut paired with the prophy on the crabtree gives you the ability to work the call to get that high nasally clear front end. I can work the right side of the call and have it be all nasally like a young hen.

With this being said alot of guys dont like prophy, IMO they tend to overblow a prophy call. The CT is a really good call for me, scale back the air and you should find what you are looking for.

Ditto!

RE: Crabtree Sig

The crabtree is a prophy call.
